Geno’s Swiss Melt Duplex Burger
Ingredients
1lb. Ground Chuck or Ground Beef 20% fat
2 Tbs Savory Herb and Garlic soup mix
1Tbs Red Pepper flakes
2Tbs chopped sweet onion salt pepper to taste
2Tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 slices swiss cheese
3 Kaiser rolls
3 Slices red onion
Lettuce
3 Tbs Mayo
1tsp Grey Poupon
1tbs chile sauce mixed thoroughly
Instructions
Mix beef,soup mix,pepper flakes ,onion salt pepper, wocestershire sauce with hands in large bowl..form 6 balls of equal size, flatten to form patties..place swiss cheese folded onto 3 patties..place other 3 patties on top and form and pinch to make 3 large patties..Cook on grill till desired doneness.top with mayo sauce,onion and lettuce
