Garly' O Slaw Bacon Burger

This Recipe is for Garlic and Onion Lovers, It is a wonderful combination that is admiring to the Taste Buds!!


Slaw(Shredded Cabbage)
Sour Cream
Chopped Chives
Chopped Red Onions
Garlic Cloves
Cajun Seasoning
black pepper
Olive Oil
82% Ground Chuck
Cajun Seasoning
Swiss cheese
Kaiser Buns


In large Bowl add Shredded Cabbage (uncooked)5 cups Sour Cream 12 oz Chives(fresh) 1cp Red Onion (diced) 1/4 cup Garlic (minced) 2 1/2 tblsp Cajun Seasoning 1 tblsp Black Pepper 3tsp mix with wooden spook or fork ON Grill cooking over completely ashed charcoals on Medium. Cook 6 patties on meduim/high until meduim well or (preferred doneness) cook bacon separate. Top Patties with swiss cheese and top cheese with bacon 2 slices of bacon per Burger and one slice of swiss per burger. Toast Kaiser bun Place Slaw mixture on bottom bun then top prepared meat with 2 slices of tomato and more slaw mixture on top of tomato cover with top bun.
