Eazy Peezy Mozzarella Burger

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs chopped meat (85%)
2 tblspn Garlic Powder
2 tblspn Onion Powder
2 tblspn Parsley
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tspn black pepper
1/4 cup milk
6 dashes worstershire sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
1 diced vadalia onion (optional)

Instructions:

Combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, bread crumbs, and pepper together. Add milk and worstershire sauce to other ingredients and combine well. Grab a large handfull of the mixture and knead it into a ball shape. Take the non sharp end of a butter knife and make a hole in the middle of the ball. Fill the hole with the mozzarella cheese. Close the hole and flatten the shape into a patty. Add the patties to a deep frying pan and set heat on med-low. Add 1/8 inch of water to bottom of frying pan. Cover and simmer. Turn burgers over when bottom becomes nicely browned. Cook to desired temperature. Place burgers on a paper towel to drain off excess liquid. Enjoy 🙂
