Ingredients:

FRESH FRUIT RELISH
1/2 CUP PEELED DICED FRESSH PEACHES
1/4 CUP PEELED DICED FRESH PEARS
1/4 CUP PEELED DICED FRESH APPLES
2 TABLESPOONS LOCAL HONEY IS POSSIBLE
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
2 TABLESPOONS SUTTERS ZINFANDEL WINE

BURGERS
1 POUND GROUND CHUCK
1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 EGG BEATEN
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
1/4 STRONGLY BREWED COFFEE
10 RITZ CRACKERS FINELY CRUMBLED
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL FOR BRUSHING GRILL
6 SESAME SEED BUNS SPLIT
6 SLICES AMERICAN CHEESE

Instructions:

1.IN A GRILL WITH A COVER PREPARE A MEDIUM HOT FIRE FOR DIRECT HEAT COOKING.
2. IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE ALL RELISH INGREDIENTS .
SET ASIDE.
3.IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE GROUND CHUCK GROUND BEEF,1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN,CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS, COFFEE AND CRACKERS
4. LIGHTLY FORM MIXTURE INTO 6 PATTIES.
5. BRUSH GRILL RACK WITH OLIVE OIL.
6. PLACE PATTIES ON THE GRILL, COOKING UNTIL
DESIRED DEGREE OF COOKING. TURN PATTIES ONLY ONE TIME.
7. PLACE BUNS ON OUTER EDGE OF GRILL UNTILL LIGHTLY TOASTED.
8. AFTER TURNING BURGERS PLACE A SLICE OF CHEESE ON EACH PATTIE.
9 TAKE A TOASTED TOP BUN AND PLACE ONE ON EACH CHEESE COVERED PATTIE.
10. SPREAD DESIRED AMOUNT OF RELISH ON BOTTOM BUN.
11. PLACE GRILLED BURGER WITH THE TOP ALL READY ON IT ON THE BOTTOM HALF OF BUN. ENJOY
