Daddy's Paddies

I have a son and daughter, Maddie and Ben. They are now 16 and 19. For the past 15 years, every Sunday evening, I grill Daddy's Paddies for the family and the neighbors. Daddy's Paddies have become legendary in the neighborhood(and even a mile or so radius of the grill). Now Maddie and Ben's friends are asking to come and join us for Daddy's Paddies. They are a true Masterpiece. Many Thanks. Mac


Fresh ground BEEF 80% combined with
Basil, Lemon Pepper, hint of Lea and Perrin, Touch of FRESH squeezed Lime juice, bit of Garlic powder and local spice blend.

Fresh Buns(lightly toasted)
Sharp Cheadar Cheese

ALWAYS Available Options:
Bacon, Avacado, Tomato, Romaine lettuce and Mango Chutney

Standard Available ADD ONs:
Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Fresh Purple Onion and Pickles

So Tasty, you forget Monday is right around the corner!

Using two lbs. of the above noted Beef with the ingredients on SATURDAY evening, the DAY before grilling to marinade.

Create five of Daddy's Paddies just before placing on grill

Set grill between MED and HIGH

Coat grill with Olive Oil

Place Daddy's Paddies on grill for four minuts, each side. ** We are a Med to Med Rare king of FAMILY.

After flipping to opposite side, place
Buns on upper grill to begin toasting.

Place Cheese on Daddy's Paddies and close grill top for final two minutes.

MacDaddy has already prepared the bacon and all comdiment trays prior to grilling.

Remove Daddy's Paddies and Buns from grill and Build my personal favorite, The AVCADO and MANGO CHUTNEY SPECIAL.
