Chiefs Tailgate Bacon Burgers

Ingredients

beef
onion soup mix
salt & pepper
worcestershire sauce
monteray jack cheese
american cheese
bacon
sliced jalapeno peppers
sliced white onions
mayo/mustard mix
onion bun
napkins

 

Instructions

Combine beef & onion soup mix, salt & pepper to taste. Cook on each side 4-5 minutes til desired doneness, basting with worcestershire sauce. Melt monteray jack & american cheeses on burgers add bacon & sliced jalapeno peppers. Steam onion buns. Pull burgers & buns from grill. Add sliced white onions & mayo/mustard mix, apply buns & MUNCH. You will need plenty of napkins & cool refreshments.
