These burgers are good for those watching their weight, by being low in fat and have great ingredients that make them taste good too.
1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
1 small onion chopped
3 tbsp water
3/4 cup garlic croutons, finely crushed
1 tbsp Worcesrershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1. Lightly brush grill with vegatable oil. Then prepare grill with med-hot coals or heat a gas grill. 2. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a large bowl. 3. With moistened hands form mixture into 6 equal burgers. Brush with oil. 4. Grill 3 to 4 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes per side. 5. Enjoy!
These burgers can also be made with Turkey. Also they can be prepared ahead of time and frozen for future use in waxed paper.
