Cajun Crawfish Burgers

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

Cajun Sauce Topping:
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 pint cream
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning 
a half pound of peeled and boiled crawfish tails
Burgers:
one pound peeled and boiled crawfish tails
one cup Italian bread crumbs
one teaspoon any brand Cajun hot sauce
3/4 cup chopped green onions
one can of corn, drained
one loaf of French bread or 6 small French bread style rolls

 

Instructions

Cajun Sauce Topping 1.Prepare topping first by melting butter in a large saucepan. Sautee onions over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add cream, seafood seasoning, and the half pound of crawfish tails. Cook 5-10 minutes over medium heat until sauce thickens. Burgers: 2.Place one pound of crawfish tails in a meat grinder and grind to a desired texture. 3.In a large bowl, mix the ground crawfish mixture with one cup of Italian bread crumbs. 4.Add one teaspoon of any famous brand Cajun hot sauce. 5. Add chopped green onions and drained corn. 6.Grill until patties are a nice golden color. 7.Place patties on French bread or rolls. Top with Cajun Sauce Topping.
