Bulgogi Burgers

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped green onions
4 tsp. fresh minced ginger
2 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp chili sauce
2 lbs. ground chuck

 

Instructions

1. Add all of the ingredients except the ground check in a medium size mixing bowl and stir all items until the mixture is well blended to make the Bulgogi barbecue sauce. 2. Place ground chuck in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the center of the meat.Pour half of the Bulgogi barbecue sauce into the well in the ground chuck 2. Mix Bulgogi barbecue sauce and ground chuck until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Divide into 8ths and form each 8th into a burger. 2. Cook Bulgogi burgers over a charcoal fire in a grill until a thermometer registers 160 degrees F. 3. Serve hot off the grill, on a whole wheat bun lightly spread with butter and grilled until golden brown. 4. Top the Bulgogi Burger with 1 Tbsp Bulgogi barbecue sauce. Garnish with green onion tops.
