Ingredients

Ingredients for Patties:
2 pounds 80% ground beef
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (regular flavor)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup shredded carrots
Other Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil (for brushing grill rack)
6 sesame seed Kaiser rolls (split)
1 head of iceberg lettuce
6 tablespoons chunky blue cheese salad dressing

Instructions

Directions: Preheat gas grill to medium high. Combine all “Ingredients for Patties” in a large bowl. Divide mixture into six equal portions. Form portions into patties, handling meat as little as possible. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Place patties on rack, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side (depending on preference), turning patties only once. After removing patties from grill, reduce heat to low and place rolls (cut side down) on grill until lightly toasted. Tearing the lettuce with your hands, place a 1/4 inch bed of lettuce on the bottom half of each bun. Add a cooked patty on top of each lettuce bed. Spread 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing on the roll tops. Place roll tops on patties.
