Bub Burger

My girlfriend and I lovingly call each other Bub.One afternoon we decided to embark on building our own better burger which we called ultimately called the Bub Burger. We are big fans of spices and heat with our foods so creating a burger with a flavor balance of heat without overpowering the palate was something we had a lot of fun doing.

Ingredients:

3lbs ground Angus beef

3 whole white onions finely minced

3 cloves of garlic finely minced

3 tsp Worcester sauce

3 tsp. blackened seasoning

6 fresh hot Italian sausage patties

12 slices Kraft jalapeno deli style cheese singles

6 kaiser rolls

Instructions:

Combine ground beef, onions, garlic, Worcester sauce, and blackened seasoning.

Form into 6 8oz patties.

Place burgers and sausage patties on the grill and cook until desired wellness.

Place burger, then cheese, then sausage patty, then cheese in that order on your kaiser rolls.
