FOR BURGER PATTIES: In a meduim sized bowl, place ground beef in a break up loosely with a fork. Add rolled oats, brown sugar, egg, Sutter Home Gewurztraminer, dry mustard, and salt. Mix until well blended and form into 6 patties. Brush grill rack with EVOO and cook patties over medium hot coals until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side. Flip only once and spray edge of coals with Gewurztraminer during the last few minutes of cooking time. FOR BUNS: During the last 2 minutes of grilling the patties, place buns over heat until lightly browned. Remove buns to top rack to keep warm. TO ASSEMBLE BURGERS: Spread bottom of the bun with Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard and sweet pickle relish. Add Patty, tomato and lettuce. Lightly spread top of bun with Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard and serve.
