I prefer using ground turkey, either i buy the turkey breast and cook it then return to my butcher and have them grind it or they have fresh ground turkey breast...


1/2 lb of turkey breast ground
2 slices of low sodium swiss cheese
2 Slices of small white onion
Steak sauce
2 tablespoons light mayonaise 
1 whole wheat or multi grain bun


take half pound split in half...make 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of cheese on top of 1 patty, followed with a-1 poured on not too heavy...then place other patty on top.. now brown both slowly not to burn..about 5-10 min...then cook on one side add other slice of cheese once cooked well add mayonaise to both sides of burger on bun then onion on top...with more steak sauce...and EAT! YUMM
