Bloody Mary Burger

I've always loved Bloody Mary's and a big piece of red meat to go along with it, so why not combine them together!! BLOODY MARY BURGERS

3lbs Ground sirloin
6 oz Tomato Paste or 3 tblspn of tomato powder
3 Tblspn Garlic Powder
2 Tblspn Onion Powder
1 Tblspn Cajun Seasoning
1 Tblspn Old Bay Seasoning
1 tspn Anchovy Paste
1 tspn Green Olive Juice
4 Tblspn Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tblspn Course Horseradish (not creamy style)
1/2 Lemon - Squeezed Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking oil for grill
6 Sourdough Rolls (heated)
6 Tblspn Mayonnaise
1 tspn Course Horseradish
1 tspn Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tblspn Ketchup

Mix ground sirloin with the next 11 ingredients, mixing well. Heat gas grill-all 3 burners on high for 10 minutes. Turn burners to medium heat and coat with cooking oil. Place burgers on grill and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning only once. Heat sourdough rolls Mix mayonnaise with the horseradish and worcestershire sauce. Spread evenly on one side of roll. Spread ketcup on other side of roll. Place cooked burgers on roll. YUM - now eat your burgers!!

These burgers will not have the same dense texture as most burgers. They will be delicate so carefully remove them from the grill with a large spatula.
