Blazin Buffalo Ranch Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients:

Sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onion-chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes-seeded and chopped
1/2 cup bacon-cooked and chopped

Burger
1 cup onion-finely chopped
1 large clove garlic-minced
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup wing sauce
1 egg
1 cup Blazin Buffalo and Ranch Doritos
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoning blend
2 pounds ground beef 75% lean
6 slices provalone cheese
6 leaves of romaine lettuce
6 bacon butter rolls or hamburger buns

Instructions:

Prepare sauce
In a small bowl combine ranch, mayonnaise, green onion, tomato, and bacon.

Prepare hamburger
In a large bowl combine onion, garlic, ranch dressing, wing sauce, egg, doritos,
paprika, salt, pepper, and seasoning blend. Add ground beef and use hands to mix
well. Shape mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion of meat into a patty.

Pre-heat grill then reduce heat to medium. Place patties on grill rack, cover and grill
10-15 minutes until patties are done (160 degrees). Turn patties once, halfway through
grilling. During last minute of cooking add cheese and buns to the grill to toast.

To serve, top bottom bun with lettuce, patty with cheese, 1 tablespoon sauce, and top
bun.
