Beefie Lamb Burger

I;m a 52 year old retired USPS supervisor. The butger has a slight wild taste.


1 1/2 lb lean beef
1/2 lb lamb
1/2 cup dices red onion
1/2 cup crimini mushroom
2 large eggs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
6 slices smoky fontinia cheese
6 large onion buns
Dijon mustard
6 large tomato slices
12 leaf of leaf lettice


Preheat grill High combine first 7 ingredients and mix well and make in to 6 patty's. Grill patty's for 10 min. each side, place the cheese on the patty's the last 2 min. of total cooking time. On the bun spread the mayo, ketchuo and dijon mustard. Place 1 tomato slice, 2 leaf of lettice and the grilled patty with cheese between the 2 halves of the bun.
