Baylets' Bangin' Burger

Grilled patties with this blend of seasoned ingredients is thumbs up in my family.

2 lbs ground Angus beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Tobasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground steak seasoning
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cooking Spray
8 curly leaf lettuce leaves
1 large vine ripe tomato
8 tablespoons ranch dressing
8 poppy seed kaiser rolls, split & toasted

Combine steak seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in small bowl. Set aside. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, crushed garlic, parsley, Worchestershire sauce and tobasco sauce. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 4 inch patty. Rub each with dry mixture that was set aside. Spray grill rack with cooking spray so burgers don't stick. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Split rolls and toast on grill. Place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of buns; top with patties, sliced tomato and 1 tablespoon of ranch. dressing.

By eliminating cheese this burger is bangin' with taste for those who are watching their cholesterol.
