Ingredients:

1 lb fresh ground round
seasoned salt
freshly cracked pepper
freshly sliced tomato
lettuce
REAL bacon bits
Sharp cheddar cheese shredded fine
Fresh Bakery Buns

Instructions:

in a large bowl, mix together ground round, seasoned salt and pepper to your taste. separate meat into 4 balls, with your thumb make a large dent in each ball and fill with 2TB shredded cheese and 1TB bacon bits. Cover the dent over with meat and re-shape into a ball. Press lightly into a thick patty. Fire up the grill!! Cook until done. Place on bakery fresh buns and add slices of lettuce and tomato. ENJOY!
