Bacon Camembert and Creamed Spinach Burger

This Is a great American burger because it displays the true essence of savory. Theres not a lot of spices put into it but it’s bursting with flavor. I’ve been preparing this burger for family and friends for sometime now.And it’s always been a crowed pleaser.

Ingredients:

Guacamole Spread
2 Avocados
1 red onion
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp freshly grated black pepper
1/8tsp salt
1/2tsp olive oil infused with lemon
1lime

Patties
1 pound ground chuck
1 pound ground sirloin
8 springs scallions
2 pack- 1 box lipton recipe secrets (onion)
1 pack maple flavored bacon (12.oz)
2 garlic gloves
2 red onions
2 pack 0.66 oz fresh basil
1- 8 oz pack camembert cheese (double creamed)1 cup.
set aside the rest for sandwiches.
2 jars sundried tomatoes (in oil) Drained
1- 9oz box creamed spinach(1/2 cup) drained

6 kaiser rolls
1 tomatoe, sliced for topping burger
1 onion, sliced for topping burger

Preheat a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium high.

To make the guacamole spread
halved, remove seeds, and peel avocados
cut into small pieces
add lime juice(spread generously)remove seeds
mash avocados with fork until smooth.
seeded and remove pulp, drain tomatoes. set aside
add other ingredients, including tomatoes
mix well and set in refrig until needed.

To make patties,combine ground chuck and ground sirloin, set aside. put 1cup of camembert in frezzer(easier to cut) for 10 minutes or until below ingredients are diced and cut. cut bacon into small pieces, set aside. dice into small pieces one after another the scallions, red onions, garlic, basil,sundried tomatoes, cut cheese into small pieces, add to meat along with spinach handling meat as little as possible to avoid compacting it. mix well. devide meat mixture into 6 equal portions form into nice size patties to fit rolls.

When grill is ready, brush grill rack with vegetable oil place patties on rack cover and grill until burgers are brown on bottom for about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn patties continue to grill until done. you might want to cook for an additional 4 or 5 minutes for medium. for the last few minutes of cooking the patties, set the rolls on the edge of grill to toast, medium. last minute add cheese to each pattie.

To prepare burgers, spread generous amount of guacamole spread on cut side of each roll, place a leaf of lettuce, pattie, slice of onion and tomatoe
