A spicy hamburger for country picnics with a Mexican taste.
Should only use ground round burger.
1 1/2 Pounds ground round
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon cumin
1/4 cup of salsa
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 Teaspoon ground red cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Hellman
Prepare the meat with all of the ingredients. Shape into patties.
place on a hot grill.
Served with grilled red, green peppers and grilled corn.
Instead of buns, use tortillas that are warmed on the grill.
Add a generous serving of pepper jack cheese, guacamole and lettuce.
