Alternate Highway Burger Directions: Preheat gas grill to medium or prepare to cook patties over 3 to 5 inches over glowing coals. Prepare Pimiento Cheese Sauce by combining the first 7 ingredients in a food processor. Process the ingredients until the mixture is finely blended and the mixture is stiff. Transfer Pimiento Cheese Sauce to sauce bowl. Prepare the patties by combining the meat with the next 4 ingredients and blend. Shape the blended meat into 6 patties. Brush preheated grill with vegetable oil. Cook patties on the medium grill for 10 to 12 minutes, 5 to 6 minutes on each side. While patties are cooking spread soften butter on both sides of sliced bread. Grill bread turning occasionally to toast. Spoon an additional heaping tablespoon of Pimiento Cheese Sauce on burger and place two dill pickle chips on top of Pimiento Cheese Sauce. Top with slice of toasted bread and serve!
