Allens GR8 Burgers
Ingredients
Hamburger
2 lbs onion soup mix
2 pkgs ketchup
water
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce
pepper jack cheese
red onion if desired
tomatoes
onion hamburger buns
Instructions
Mix hamburger and 1st 5 ingrdients together, cover and let sit in refrigerator 1 hour, pull out half an hour before cooking. Room temperature meat cooks better. Make patties to desired size and grill to desired doneness. ( I like mine well done and my family not so done.) Place jack cheese on top to melt, place on buns with tomato and onion if desired. Also may add catsup and mustard if desired. then sit back and enjoy.
