Ahumada Y Dulce Burger

Hello, I am a nurse and a mom of five. My son-in-law is from Mexico and I wanted to prepare something to appeal to his taste for hot and spicy foods. I liked the idea of the smoky flavor in the burger mixed with the refreshing mango relish. I hope you enjoy! Pat  P.S. My son-in-law provided the name for the burger!
