3-Ring Burger

My burger is a great local American burger, because it is simple, and all American grown ingredients... Creating the flavors for my 3-Ring Burger was all tasted by my American buds. You can


salt-pepper-garlic powder-paprika
ground chuck
one lg. portabella mushroom
lg. frozen pre.cooked onion ring
slice of provolone cheese
lg.size burger bun
Tbs. spicy honey mustard


(mix 1-T.dijon mustard 2-T.mayo 1-T. honey .dash of kayenne pepper.) set aside in bowl on ice.

season a 1/4 lb. ground chuck. flatten finger thick
place on med hi grill.
after 7min flip burger.
while burger is cooking place portabella mushroom cap side down on grill.
after mushroom is dripping juices place onion ring on grill until crispy.
after another 7 min for burger cook time total of 14 min place buns on grill to toast.
after bun is toasted build you 3-ring burger

bottom bun
provolone cheese
portabella mushroom
onion ring
top with spicy honey mustard
top bun
