This burger was inspired by one of my previous beef burger entries for Build a Better Burger 2006. I realized that the flavors would work equally well with turkey and they did.
Turkey burgers prepared in the style of a Maryland crab cake, with seafood seasoning, horseradish, cracker crumbs and mayonnaise. Finely grated zucchini and sweet onion keep the mixture moist.
Turkey burgers are usually a lighter tasting burger, but usually bland with an aftertaste. The Pineapple and Mint Chutney will be refreshing with the moistened ground turkey.
