This year is the 20th annual Sutter Home Build a Better Burger® Recipe Contest, and we’re excited that this year’s contest is bigger, better and more mouthwatering than ever, especially with all of the new activities we have going on at Sutter Home!

Are your burger patties needing some culinary inspiration? Don’t sweat it. Find creative ideas by browsing Sutter Home’s Burgerbase, the largest database of burger recipes in the world.     Blackberry, truffle, black chocolate, pepper…
    Mix some red pinot with some chocolate. Then ad some butter, “light” it with water and use this as a sauce… grill a beef (rare), use the sauce and position it on a salad.
    Ad a vanilla cream (one drop !), some basilic (one small piece). Serve on a white plate, with big pepper on it.

    My burgers simply made…

    season ground turkey or beef with worceshere sauce, old bay seasoning and ground pepper

    Let sit for about an hour.
    Make patties and place on grill. when nearly done as desired add american cheese, red onions, barbecue sauce and put on a lightly toasted bun.
